The SupportSquire crest — an African shield on crossed spears with a gold plume

One support desk.
Every brand, kept separate.

SupportSquire is one support desk for teams who run more than one product. Every request — from any product — lands in a single operator queue: stamped with its brand, answered in that brand’s voice by that brand’s support team, and never mixed with another product’s customers.

Always Forward

What it does

One desk, run by one team — with the structure to keep every product it serves clean, traceable, and separate.

One unified queue

Tickets from every brand arrive in a single operator queue, with brand-stamped numbers, priorities, saved views, and search — so nothing waits in a forgotten inbox.

Strict brand separation

Brand is a partition on everything: tickets, customers, libraries, contacts, and tags. A customer of one brand never sees — and is never mixed with — another brand.

Organization → site hierarchy

Customers are organized the way they actually operate: brand, then organization, then each site beneath it — with ticket counts clear at every level, from the whole brand down to a single location.

A help library for each brand

Every brand keeps its own library of support documents and quick reference guides. Customer-visible guides double as in-product help; team-only material never leaves the support side.

Internal team chat

The support team coordinates in private channels per brand, with ticket-linked internal threads. Internal notes stay internal — strictly separate from customer replies, always.

Team notifications

Mentions, urgent replies, pending decisions, and aging-ticket warnings surface in one strip on every page, so the next thing that needs attention is never buried.

Follow-ups & customer health

Follow-up tasks, renewal watch, and a clear support-health signal on every customer record keep relationships tended — not just tickets closed.

A full audit trail

Every assignment, reply, decision, and change is logged on the ticket. What happened, when, and who handled it is always one look away.

How it works

1

The request comes in through the brand’s own door

A customer reaches out from inside the product they use, or through that brand’s own support page — in that brand’s name, colors, and voice. There is no generic support address and no wrong door.

2

It lands in one queue, stamped with its brand

The request becomes a ticket in the single SupportSquire queue, carrying its brand, organization, and site with it — acknowledged automatically with its branded ticket number.

3

It is answered as that brand’s support team

Replies go out as the brand’s own support team, drawing on that brand’s library — never another’s. The customer only ever sees their brand; the desk handles the rest.

The brand-partition promise

SupportSquire runs support for multiple products from one desk — and that only works because the partitions are absolute. Each product’s tickets, customers, sites, contacts, documents, and history live behind their own wall. Merges, imports, and exports stay inside a brand. Nothing crosses over: not a customer list, not a help article, not a single reply.

The goal is simple: a small team giving every product it serves a real support operation — a queue, a library, a memory, and follow-through. One desk for the team. A separate world for each product’s customers. That is the whole design.
